Stonewater is our engineering partner, helping us develop house plans and coordinate the setting of the house.  They are known for their intelligent design and flexible construction mantra, and are active in ongoing efforts to evolve the modular home industry. 

Stonewater brings us our manufacturer, Stratford Homes, who built over 8,000 custom modular homes since their inception in 1972. Stratford constantly updates their design and manufacturing processes in order to utilize the latest industry knowledge, methods and materials. They are able to deliver quality construction and savings through a highly refined and efficient process. Stratford has a reputation for high quality and customization in the industry, allowing us to deliver a superior product of our selection. This blend of quality and customization allows StoneWater to offer a wide variety of housing options to appeal to a variety of customers.

Our architect has over twenty years architectural experience in the areas of historic renovation, adaptive reuse and restoration. His firm utilizes Computer Aided Drafting (CAD) and 3D Computer Visualization to create the project drawings. He is licensed in Mississippi and Alabama, NCARB Certified, Member of American Institute of Architects and Construction Specifications Institute
